What i dont like about the zero friction fat loss

1. If your looking for lots of exercise routines or meal replacement bars and snacks then this program is not for you. Also it doesnt include any specific workout or excerise information like loosing belly fat etc..

2. The website makes it hard to order because you have to go through 3 – 4 pages before you can buy and its not available to buy yet on amazon or any other simple checkout service store. I guess the reason why they do this is to weed out all the not so serious people wanting to lose weight naturally.

3. After going through the zero friction fat loss course some of the information did sound pretty basic to me but then again i have gone through a tonne of books and videos but ive never really followed anything up untill now.

4. I dont think this program is somthing that will be around for years. Not  to say this program wont work i mean it has worked for me and they say you can lose 12lbs in 2 weeks and after a while your going to be at a comfortable weight so your not going to want to lose 12lbs in 2 weeks anymore, maybe just tone up intead. Once you have lost the weight its up to you if you carry on eating as they say but as i said before you should not diet but eat healthy as a way of life.

5. The little animated image at the top of the screen looks a little tacky which i find quite annoying but maybe its just me. Have a read of the content and make up your own mind.

What do i like about the zero friction fat loss?

1. This diet is not stressful, where as other diet plans that ive been on ive felt like a rabbit eating lettuce-leafs and food portions that wouldnt even fill up my little boy. You get plenty of selections of normal foods to eat which i found very satisfying.

2. They teach you how to eat fast food while still staying on the diet. This sounds bizzare i know and it really puzzled me at first aswell because im a mom and i dont have time to prepare special meals every day. I def would not over do it though with the fast food but they tell you the types of fast foods to eat and which ones to stay away from, this saved me a lot of time and money.

3. I always know how much i can eat and at what time because of the meal generator. This is probably the main reason why i have kept to this diet and why i have had some great results so far.

4. They set the goal at 12 lbs in 15 days so even if i achieve half that i can still feel proud of myself and it would still of been a good effort.

5. You can start to lose weight and see good results without actually starving yourself or feeling like you cant do it.

6. You dont have to be sent any products and there is no worrying about your parcel and if it was delivered to the right address as all the course information and material is online and can be downloaded instantly. It meant a lot to me because im pretty impatient so being able to access it straight away was great.

7. What it did for me

- it helped me to lose weight naturally and fast without having to starve myself or wasting money on pills and powders

- im very confident that when i go off the diet i will be able to keep slim without putting the weight back on because my body will be used to eating all of the special  fat burning foods

- made me feel like even if i cheated or missed a couple of meals i can still feel good about myself

- i dont have to worry about feeling bad for being overweight because i now have the knowledge to lose weight fast both safely and naturally

Exercise first thing in the morning – Many people laugh at the thought of going to the gym first thing in the morning or simply going for a light jog. Exercising first thing in the morning is by far the best thing you can do if you want to lose weight naturally of course doing this along with a balanced and healthy eating plan you are going to quickly have the body you desire.

The reason why morning exercise is so beneficial is because your body is refreshed and relaxed after a good nights sleep, when you suddenly raise your heart rate and temperature your body works harder to deal with the exercise.

(This is perfectly normal and healthy).

If your not used to excercising in the mornings then your going to get even better results. Eat Numerous Times Each Day – Just hold your horses there for a second, when i say many times a day i dont mean you can go and have dozens of enormous portions of food every day what i mean is if you seperate your meals each day so that you eat small meals every 2 – 3 hours. The reason why you should do this is because you keep your body working all day and your metabolism will be in overdrive – this will your body in a fat burning state all day.

Ive found this very easy as i use the meal plan generator which i use from the zero friction fat loss program and it tells me what to eat and what time.. it really is that easy!

Tip 5

Housework = weight loss – You may not of wanted to hear that dreaded word, however ive started to enjoy doing house work cleaning and hoovering because im burning calories at the same time.

It may sound basic at first but think about the amount of physical jobs that you do at home, hoovering, cleaning, tidying up after your kids if you have any, if your a guy then just think of all the odd jobs that you do around your home? You may not realize how many calories you actually burn so next time your dashing around your home cleaning and tidying up just remember that all these small contributions will all help towards you losing weight.
