I know there are many books, dvd`s and lots of other types of information all telling you to follow certain diets, plans and rules but what im now going to share with you is how i have lost my weight, so im living proof that this information certainly works.

Exercise first thing in the morning – Many people laugh at the thought of going to the gym first thing in the morning or simply going for a light jog. Exercising first thing in the morning is by far the best thing you can do if you want to lose weight naturally of course doing this along with a balanced and healthy eating plan you are going to quickly have the body you desire.

The reason why morning exercise is so beneficial is because your body is refreshed and relaxed after a good nights sleep, when you suddenly raise your heart rate and temperature your body works harder to deal with the exercise.

(This is perfectly normal and healthy).

If your not used to excercising in the mornings then your going to get even better results. The key to fat burning is to trick your body and keep it an a fat burning state so excercising first thing in the morning will give your body`s metabolism a boost so then your body will be burning fat for many hours even after you have finished exercising.

Tip 2

Drink Plenty Of Water – Yes you may of heard about the water techinique you may of not but you must be drinking at least 5 to 8 glasses of (plain) water a day thats not including coffee or any other soda or juice. Your body is made up of over 55% water for females and 60% for men, so water is a vital ingredient for a healthy working body and how to lose fat so c`mon put that soda or coffee away and turn that tap on, you will thank me!!

Tip 3

Do more walking – In this day and age so many people forget about the relaxing old fashion walking. I say old fashion because most people including myself take it for granted. Rather than jumping in the car or getting a lift simply take a stroll instead, if you take this approach on a regular basis then its certainly going to contribute with you losing weight.

Walk when you can even if its only a quick 5 min walk to the shop and back, remember sometimes its not the 3 big steps that you take to see results its sometimes the 20 small ones that you will benefit you more

Tip 4

Eat Numerous Times Each Day – Just hold your horses there for a second, when i say many times a day i dont mean you can go and have dozens of enormous portions of food every day what i mean is if you seperate your meals each day so that you eat small meals every 2 – 3 hours. The reason why you should do this is because you keep your body working all day and your metabolism will be in overdrive – this will your body in a fat burning state all day.

Tip 5

Housework = weight loss – You may not of wanted to hear that dreaded word, however ive started to enjoy doing house work cleaning and hoovering because im burning calories at the same time.

It may sound basic at first but think about the amount of physical jobs that you do at home, hoovering, cleaning, tidying up after your kids if you have any, if your a guy then just think of all the odd jobs that you do around your home? You may not realize how many calories you actually burn so next time your dashing around your home cleaning and tidying up just remember that all these small contributions will all help towards you losing weight.
